PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BitRaft Labs handles information collected through our website, enquiries, and Physical AI deployments. Privacy is an architectural property of our local-first platform, not only a policy.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Data We Collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name, work email address, phone number, organization, area of interest, and enquiry details.
  • Information provided when requesting a demo, discussing a pilot, subscribing to updates, or contacting our team.
  • Limited technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies, where enabled.

BitRaft's deployed Physical AI platform is designed to process conversations, speech, local knowledge, and supported perception workflows on the device. Such deployment data is separate from information submitted through this website.

2. How We Use Data

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange product demonstrations, pilots, or deployments.
  • Understand customer requirements and configure suitable personas, knowledge packs, and workflows.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • Send relevant product, company, or service updates when appropriate.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may use service providers to operate the website and manage enquiries, and share only the information needed for them to perform those services.

3. AI & On-Device Data

BitRaft builds an offline, token-free Physical AI platform. Its core speech recognition, language-model reasoning, text-to-speech, and local knowledge retrieval are designed to run on compatible local hardware without requiring a cloud LLM for normal operation.

Customer knowledge and interaction data are intended to remain under the customer's control, subject to the configuration and terms of each deployment. Optional integrations or support workflows, if enabled by a customer, may process data differently and will be described for that deployment.

AI-generated responses and perception results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace qualified human judgment, especially in safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or compliance-sensitive situations.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Retention for data stored on a deployed BitRaft device is governed by the customer's configuration and applicable deployment terms.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. BitRaft's local-first architecture also reduces unnecessary transmission of conversation and knowledge data to external AI services.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or confidential information through general website enquiry forms.
